These liberals all stick together.

“You were a bit severe on the excerpting. The point of the editorial would be clearer if you’d included: [Mayor Guiliani] won an endorsement from uber-conservative Texas Gov. Rick Perry.”

BWHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Excuse me while those of us from Texas giggle at the presumption of this former Democrat and pro-life-but-otherwise-suspicious-RINO Governor of ours being called “uber conservative”.

Nice man, but the only thing ‘uber’ about this aggie is his incrediblely uber Hair.

Most Texas conservatives call Perry a RINO.

Most Texas conservatives are worried about Perry’s inability to govern for the people instead of the lobbyists.

Most Texas conservatives are worried about Perry’s Bracewell and Guliani connections, that go all the way to the consortium that go the no bid contract to build TTC-35, a billion dollar tollroad deal.

That’s why Perry squeaked to victory with only 39%, then turned around and acted like a Democrat, pushing forced vaccinations for young girls for STDs. And just when he hired a former Merck lobbyist. Nice going, making it look like he’s just an errand boy for special interests. Stuff like that gives the GOP a big black eye.

“Perry’s endorsement brings incredible conservative street cred to the Giuliani campaign nearly 90 days before the first primary vote is cast.”

ROFLMAO.

Actually, the endorsement of one RINO sellout by another is a huge warning sign that corruption and not conservatism would mark this Rudy and Rick administration.

Perry is joke. He is the man that forced HPV vaccinations on little girls in Texas without parental consent.

His sole aim by endorsing this liberal is the hope that he will be his running mate.

A strict constructionalist would vote to overturn Roe. Giuliani has tried to claim one could uphold Roe, tipping his hand as to the kind of judges he would nominate to the courts.

Rick Perry is not a conservative, any more than GWB is a conservative. (Hint: Neither is a conservative.)

Donna,

G did a vaudville act- so now he’s a cross dresser? If you’re being funny I apologize. If you’re being serious, better tell your parents it’s time for cookies and milk. Leave politics to the adults.

They would give the ablilty to get an abortion back with the states, which is where it belongs, in the state houses.

Do you really think SCOTUS will rule that the protection of human life is not guaranteed by the Federal Constitution but is a "states rights" issue?

You should ping Salena if you post her articles. Not sure if she stops by here any more though. She often gets attacked for no good reason.
During his soul-searching, Perry said, "I asked the mayor, 'What do I tell my social-conservative friends who are very pro-life?' "

Giuliani's persuasive reply? The direct result of his presidency would be strict constructionists on the U.S. Supreme Court -- justices in the mold of Roberts, Scalia and Alito.
Salena is right to zero in on this. This is the key pitch Rudi is making to neutralize Dobson and others in the pro-life camp.

Rudy Giuliani took a step last week to convince some of the more sensible folks who hold rock-ribbed conservative values to re-examine his candidacy:

Wrong. She gets attacked for good reason. She is a media shill for Giuliani. A RudyBooster!

will do. Actually the only person that seems to attack her is Reagan Man. Sure others disagree with her and have interesting debate about it, but Reagan Man appears not to be able to debate his positions, but he is really good at name calling. Reagan Man are you a liberal? I suspect you are because only liberals resort to name calling when they can’t arrive at a reasonable thought process to argue their point.

Reagan Man :Don’t try name calling me, we Marines don’t take to kindly to that.

Salena: Might not always agree with you, but you always give me something to think about.

Is that you Salena? Wouldn’t be surprised if you set up duel accounts. Typical media BS.

Whoever you are, listen up newbie. We don’t take kindly to you liberals infiltrating FR and espousing your leftwing support for Rooty Toot, or dumping on conservatives either. I suggest you head back to DU, WAnkersville or whatever rock you crawled out from under.

She’s not banned and hasn’t used her account here much except to get reactions to her articles. I think she’s given up. Too bad.

See post #11. It's a pro-Roe position.

Never said she was banned. People can set up two accounts, however.

If you’re right, glad she`s given up. One less Rooty defender is fine by me.
