I’ve been trying to find Dictionary Hill and Wildcat Canyon in relation to this.

Fire on Mt. San Miguel is reported to be moving West. (from KPBS caller)

10-23-07, 2:45 a.m. Reverse 911 calls are being sent out at the request of Lakeside Fire for all of Wildcat Canyon and Muth Valley south to Willow Road. Evacuations mandatory and there are 3,780 calls being sent out. Evacuees are being directed to Santana High School.

Wildcat Canyon is just north of Lakeside. It was burned during the Cedar fires.

10-23-07 3:04 a.m. The Sheriff’s Dept. is reporting that in Fallbrook the fire is moving east towards De Luz Rd. and fire crews continue to evacuate homes ahead of the fire

My son sent me an text message at 4:03 AM. He indicated the fire was moving into Spring Valley. He lived on Dictionary Hill for almost a year. It was so hard on his car that he had a major clutch/transmission job covered under warranty. He has since moved to downtown San Diego. I'm still catching up on status this morning.
