Sorry, I wasn't clear. She is hoping for the purist Republicans to split and run a third party candidate.
A third party is what got bill elected - twice! Maybe they think it will get another one elected.
Sometimes I get tinhatted and start to think she is doing more than just hoping. And it would not be the diehard conservatives or the purist Republicans, who'd be dumb enough to follow a third party, so that isn't the candidate she'd encourage...IF she's encouraging any.
