I don't know how long you've been in AZ Sharky, but AZ has had a sizable infiltration of liberals in the past 15 years that have had us stuck with Crappy Nappy Janet Napalitano for a Gov for 5+ years, along with her co-hort useless Atty. General Terry Goddard, who refuse to sign over anti-illegal alien bills that the people (both sides of the aisle) have voted for overwhelmingly. Maricopa Co has been inundated by liberals from California and New York, which has changed the demographics here tremendously in 15 years.
Tucson has it's own problems with CA transplants, and is one of the most liberal parts of the state. They just elected a liberal democrat open borders hag to their district as a US Representative last year. Heck even my own (previously conservative) district lost out to a hapless democrat last year.
We need to fight hard and retake our state and get these socialist libs out of here! There are already way too many of them here. Maybe our slow housing market will chase them out. Unfortunately the hot weather hasn't, they all have learned how to work the A/C in their homes and cars :o(
Ah, our beautiful, lovely Governor Janet Napolitano. They don’t come more liberal than her. (I was surprised that Sheriff Joe endorsed her.) I was also surprised that she signed the employer sanction bill. She has vetoed almost every attempt to stop illegal immigrants in this state since she became Governor.

The Grill may as well admit her allegiance is non-American - she studied in Mexico, is proud of her bilingual habits to the point of supremacism, and has made numerous trips overseas instead of representing her district. She's yet another plant by a foreign government.
That butch HAG has vetoed more bills in her first 4 years than any other gov had in eight.
And her favorite game is to spin it around, and blame others for "not getting the job done."

My original premise is stated above and was in response to KelleyAnn's contention that the entire problem was GWB's fault. Thus your interpretation that I was addressing financial incompetence is incorrect. The funding issue was raised only when there was a blanket assertion that Federal Law required ALL hospitals provide care for everyone. Then the argument devolved into a fun academic discussion. :-)

With regard to the specific issue, I have proffered, with extracts from source documents, that the Federal Law provides rare exceptions to the mandatory treatment provision. I have admitted that these exceptions are so limited that they have no practical consequences. Nevertheless, your insistence that the requirement is absolute is flawed.
Your implied threat of violence towards me negates any possibility that I would consider apologizing to you.
