It’s an UN-MIRTHFUL Cackle that she does when she HATES the question, however now she knows we are on to her hideous laughing pattern so she WILL CHANGE it! She stopped saying “ah...ah...ah” that she USED to do when someone pointed it out.
I don’t think the posters here realize how difficult it is to simulate a human laugh. Hillary’s technicians are aware of the problem and have been working on it. Just give them time.

A giggle is infectious, ingratiating, and cute. Those terms are at the opposite end of the spectrum from sHrillary.
At best it could be described as a cackle. Cold, calculating, and just as phony as everything else about her.
Remember the old saw about “We’re not laughing at you; we’re laughing with you”? Well, sHrillary is laughing AT YOU.
People laugh for a variety of reasons. Mainly as a reaction to something funny. Well There is nothing funny in sHrillary’s laugh, because there is NOTHING funny in sHrillary’s world. It is all grim, all determined, and all business.
When she laughs it is meant to buy her time to make up another lie. It is meant to mask her disdain for her audience. It is meant to hide her fear.
Yes, her fear. She is afraid of us. She loathes us, but she fears us more. That is the reason that she WILL DO ANYTHING TO PUT US IN OUR PLACE.
