We just bought a house. It was $15,500 below the latest drop the family had on it. It was on the market for 455 days till we made our bid. It kept coming down. We are near the end of our lease and decided to take the chance now. So, we made an offer and they jumped on it. Nice, final, house for us. We die here or go to the old folks home from here. We are through moving. Unless we decide to sell and move again that is!! :-) But, probably not.

It might be time to take the plunge. I have the benefit of a lot of time to wait things out, because I don’t need something right away. There are a lot of properties that meet my needs, so I don’t have to fall in love with one just yet. I do want to be careful not to miss the boat, though.
A tricky business, this is.
