Hi, Pandy! Yes - I am feeling so much better, each day!

I’ve had out of town guests, so had to get on the ball, here.

Today, I fixed the most fabulous blueberry french toast (strata-type), and baked ham. (prepared last night, refrigerated, and cooked this morning). Everybody had two helpings (one had three!) That is the first time I have actually cooked in over two weeks - and I’m a major cook.

Must mean I am getting better, and prayers are working!

So glad that the infection was caught early, and that you are doing so much better, yorkie!

You’ll have to share your blueberry french toast recipe when you feel up to it...sounds yummy. :-)
