In a second accidental explosion, another would-be bomber killed himself Friday in Paktika province when he tried to take off the bomb vest he was wearing and it exploded, Bashary said. This one did not kill himself. This one was killed by his supervisor with a back-up detonator.
Some of these "suicides" are probably not suicides at all. If somebody points a gun at you and straps a bomb to your chest, which will explode if you try to remove it, it is hard to call the explosion a completely voluntary act.

"This one did not kill himself. This one was killed by his supervisor with a back-up detonator." Only if you count the trip wire that detonates if the bomber chickens out and tries to take off the bomb vest.
Most such belts are rigged to blow up if taken off, especially the bomb belts given to those who take money for their services.
