The island moonbats think they have this in their bag .
Their main opposition to this SuperFerry service is that it 'could have' a military application . The last thing they want , if we ever are attacked out here and the military would need to avail themselves of it.....

This Poll DOES matter , it will be referred to locally
quite abit. If it we to result in favor of the NO side
those opposed would use it as a hammer to pound our Republican Gov. to bits with it.
The anti-Superferry people are such dupes . They have been convinced that the Superferry could have some nefarious military application in some future event . (God forbid!)
The reality is quite different . Those coordinating the opposition behind the scenes are the airlines and the Hawaii electric company that also happens to own the ONLY commercial shipping barge service between the islands ,
Young Brothers . YB stands to lose huge business profits as they are the only way to get cars between the islands currently . The Superferry would allow people AND cars to travel inter-island easily. These are just some of the issues involved . The Enviormental stuff is pure BS...
