Suckered, I don't know, but I think that you are absolutely right.
I don't know about the conspiracy thing, but I've not seen anything that would make me think Paul is an antisemite, or anti Israel, any more than he's anti Taiwan or anti South Korea.
But Paul has to stand up an reject this support.
Like Reagan, like Bush I.
If he doesn't, and he hasn't, he owns it.
However, as I mentioned up thread, he and Dennis Kucinich were the only members of congress to vote against a call to charge Ahmadinajad with violating the 1948 Genocide Convention.
It also doesn't negate statements like this, "Israel is not an ally of the United States.
And not to mention Dr paul's association with the 9/11 Truthers...
I am also trying to find a report that I has read some time ago that describes Dr Paul's vote on a resolution condemning Hezbollah, in which he voted against the resolution. I'll post it when I find it...probably tomorrow.
Uh, no.
Paul has appeared three times (that I know of) on a radio show hosted by Alex Jones, who, in addition to being a huge Paul supporter, is a nutjob Truther. 3 times?
He votes against a resolution condemning Hezbollah who are firing thousands of rockets, indiscriminately, into Israel, killing and wounding dozens of Jews.
I would contend that you have a long road to travel in convincing people that Paul isn't, at best, encouraging the support of the Truthers and the racists and anti-Semites or, at worst, he encourages their support and doesn't condemn their statements because he believes as they do.
