....these rules are common throughout modern human societies (maybe its the breakdown of mores (primary/hs education) and/or government payments, the substitute for daddy) are the causes.
....I presume, BC hasn't had his first cup of coffee (of jello pudding cup)....
perhaps; Timmie, could run/show BC address to the NAACP Meeting, from a few years back to help BC getup to speed.
