SAVE YOUR BIZ, GET A PRE-NUP (THE DONALD: "no-nup Paul McCartney is a schmuck")
NY POST ^ | October 14, 2007 | DONALD TRUMP

Posted on 10/14/2007 4:39:17 AM PDT by Liz

THINK: Donald and Melania Trump.

THE DONALD COVERS YOUR ASSETS

Always have a prenuptial agreement. I have seen people and businesses destroyed because there wasn't a pre-nup. I will be honest with you, if I did not have prenuptial agreements with Ivana and Marla, I would not have anything now. They attacked me rather viciously. --SNIP--Look at Paul McCartney, the poor bastard----he is worth $1.5B.......he married Heather Mills. Some people said she was a nude model in the 80s and worked for an escort service......she made his life miserable for three years, then sued him for $400M. Paul told Larry King: "I don't want a pre-nup, because we're deeply in love." I thought, "What a mistake. This guy's a schmuck." I think she got 60M dollars, plus his home in St. John's Wood. Paul claims that Heather was "argumentative" and "rude to the staff " during their marriage. There are reports that Heather was running around with a camcorder.....Allegedly, she is going to use the tapes against Paul to get more money. Or she is going to make a documentary about how she has been the poor, wronged victim in this whole ordeal in order to sway public support. Get a prenuptial agreement. Don't believe me? Ask Paul McCartney what he thinks.

Laugh break----this is unbelievably funny.

The best part---Donald has no idea what a comedian he is.

NO! THis can’t be true! THIS was actually in an American newspaper???? He actually referred to McCartney as a schmuck????This read like a SNL skit with Darrell Hammond playing Trump, except it was way too long for a skit.
My God, what a joke this guy is! The hidden assumption behind everything Trump is and does and says is his obvious belief that large parts of America are waiting for his word on every conceivable subject. And is was cute that now he’s posing his new wives in front of signs that claim they’re “Universal” with little arrows pointed down at them. This even tops the New York Post HEADLINE soon after the death of Princess Diana-—in Two inch letters it said TRUMP:
I COULD
HAVE DATED
DI

OMG-----that would have been a Cinderella couple - Di and The Donald.

Only thing is Donny's big feet would not fit into the glass slipper.

Donny's more the ugly step-brother type than a prince. ROTFL.

It is rediculous the monies expected and rewarded these ex's. Greedy lawyers. . .facillitate greed-filled settlements. Reason and the Law are mutually exclusive here.

And yes. . .McCartney was a schmuck; by today's lawyering standards - or lack thereof .

It's a money game all-around.....divorce lawyers make BIG bucks.

According to the Times (UK) online it wouldn't have done any good to have one:

"They announced the end of their marriage last May. The courts in this country are not bound by prenuptial agreements and the couple did not sign such an agreement before their wedding in 2002." Source.

Sir Paul can be excused for being a schmuck. He had a previous marriage that lasted until death, a record the Donald is probably jealous of, and will never achieve himself, so McCartney figured he was safe.

I’ve heard that “The Donald” has a pre nup for his “hair”. ROFL.

All the money in the world and he still looks like a “short fingered vulgarian” (Spy Magazine, the 80’s). Does he really believe or not see people laughing at his “hair”?

No class.

Well, beyond his introduction to 'schmuckhood'. . .I love Paul. 'Loved him then; loved him now!'. . .and yes; no doubt he thought 'love' deserved better; and it did.

No class.

He thought money could substitute the 'class' thing. And for most of friends; it has. . .

Donald would have been bankrupt and sleeping in the streets years ago----- except stupid bankers believed his hype....and kept bankrolling him.

The banks are in business with Donald whether they like it or not.

They can't let Donald go bust---b/c they would go belly-up as well.

You know the old cliche’,...If you owe the bank $100,000 and can’t pay, you’re in trouble. If you owe the bank $1,000,000 and can’t pay, they’re in trouble.

Trump has always been a fraud. He’s not that good a businessman.

Somebody once said that in business Trump followed three major principles 1. Take a polarized position. 2. Make enemies. 3. Create tension.

One of his ex-employees wrote a book detailing the dumb business ideas Donald dreamed up that never worked.

That was a riot! I’ve never heard of The Donald being that funny, intentionally or otherwise.

As for poor Paul’s marital debacle, it stands as a warning to everyone. Do we really need Trump to tell us this?
