Somebody at work today, a “Christian” liberal Demo from Connecticut tried to get me into trouble by mentioning that “I am a fan and read her books”. to my surprise, somebody who is very devoutly Jewish defended Ann’s right to believe what she believes. But I HAVE TO BE CAREFUL. I can’t lose my job over this!

I'll never understand the mindset of a "Christian liberal". Not sure how that works.

Of course, don't do anything to put your job in danger. I think the interview is up on CNBC.com. Just suggest they watch it and drop the subject.

I, too, am Jewish (somewhat devout, depending on who you ask), and I, too, defend Ann's right to believe what she believes. I also defend her right to give voice to those beliefs.

However, I question her judgement in saying what she said, and anyone who backs her on this matter must understand that I have as much right to my POV, and to give voice to that, as she does.
