will they be available for private purchase?Nope... Not unless you're a dealer licensed for sale to law enforcement, or a LE agency. Due to the "Firearms Owners Protection Act" no weapons capable of automatic fire that were manufactured after 1986 are legal for civilians to own. Which is the main reason for the outrageous prices they're getting for "pre-ban" full auto weapons.
