When I tried the link to the auction through Rush’s page, I did get that whole “prequalify” page. I’m going to see if I get approved through my email and if not, I’ll do the other form.

Well, it is for charity and it’s definitely a historical document—not so much for the idiots who signed it but for what Rush is doing with it.
Besides, the high bidder can write off the bulk of the bid minus the value of the paper and related items such as the Halliburton briefcase and thereby deprive the Demons of those lovely tax dollars!
I can’t spend that much but I hope he makes a huge pile of cash with this!
