According to Ted Kennedy's words and deeds, we conclude that he is in fact NOT one of God's children. As for politically, he's sold his soul already. Yeshua said in the Gospel of John in chapter 8, verse 44 that there are some who have the devil as a father!

"John 8:44 You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it. "

...so unpopular is it might be, we are NOT all God's children. Interestingly enough, Jesus was speaking to religious leaders in John 8:44!

As for Ted, his words, actions, and deeds speak for themselves. I will neither curse, nor bless him because he has already done everything required to set his course and barring direct intervention from God, his (Ted's) freewill has sealed his future already.

Agreed, but it’s not up to any one of us to make that judgement. Let’s leave that chore up to the God who told us to not judge. I hate teddy with every cell in my body, but dtermining his fate is not a given authority to any one of us.
And yes, God to us not to hate (and to forgive), but we all need at least one weakness!
