That’s why the Mexican national/llegal alien/convicted rapist-murderer went to the International court...to overturn a decision by an American court in order to be set free..back onto the American streets, and near your teenage daughters...

The IC needs to be dropped by the American Govt along with the UN...we are a sovereign country..no other country should be making decisions for We the People...
My understanding is that the international court could recommend his release from U.S. custody on the technicality that he wasn’t advised of his rights. Sort of a “Miranda” for illegal aliens.
