Ann Coulter did her best to drop a bomb on the October 10 episode of "Tucker" on MSNBC. At the conclusion of her interview, Ann Coulter announced that the National Enquirer was just reporting that John Edwards had an 18-month affair while on the campaign trail. You can read the story here.
Before going any further, this allegation must be met with a healthy degree of skepticism. First of all, the story is originating from the National Enquirer, which in and of itself, raises questions as to the story's reliability. Secondly, Coulter had a notorious run-in earlier this year with Elizabeth Edwards on an MSNBC episode of "Harball." Coulter would have every motivation to repeat a salacious tabloid sex allegation about John Edwards.

Hardly. Honest criticism of democrat candidates is far too easy for a critic to be motivated by a need to be less then honest.
Isn’t Edwards leading in Iowa?
This is Hillary’s doing.
Ambigiously Gay Duo?
I think you missed the meaning. She basically said all the front runners were about equal. She is for Hunter period. As for dating liberal men I dont buy that for a second unless she is trying to get them to man-up.LOL, tough job
SHE IS NOT FOR RUDY! Doesn’t anyone ever pay attention?
“I heard her say Duncan Hunter on one of the shows.”
She has on several occasions. Hunter is her first choice. She has expressed tepid support for Mitt Romney. She does not support Rudy at all, mainly because of the abortion issue.
The last time I saw her talk about Rudy--she said he was the only one who could NOT beat Hillary. The last I saw, she was supporting Hunter.
The Webisodes are the brainchild of Rielle Hunter, a filmmaker who met Edwards at a New York bar where Edwards was having a business meeting.

More than one clinton scandal was correctly broken in the National Enquirer....
That is the most rotten thing I have ever read on FR.

Stick around...
Like I said, I like Ann...
Yet, until she has any babies, she has no stake in the future of this world.
It is all about Ann.
Out of a couple of thousand (conservative estimate) unemployed film grads loitering around, the only one the John Edwards campaign could find is Rielle Hunter? They met in a bar, which sounds weird, but who knows? She sold him on the idea of webisodes to show the country the “real John Edwards”.
There was a NY Post “just asking” column about a month ago, and I remember my mother saying “I bet they’re talking about John Edwards.”
Edwards is a democrat. That party is a criminal enterprise. I wouldn’t put it past Edwards to have started the rumor in order to have people to sue! Democrats are amoral. If he really had an affair it would up his creds with democrap voters! He could even raise his points by waving his finger in a TV camera and tell America ‘he did not have sex with that woman, MS ________.’Godless Democrats would love him for the moxie.
