BUMP
I thought he did fine. Looked a lot taller and thinner then I recall.
Anyway, I wasn't going to let any debate make my mind up for me. I'm pretty closed-minded. The first 3 candidates to be headlined by the MSM were the first to be scratched from my list. I just remember a bit too well how George W. Bush was foisted upon us by the MSM in 1998. I know, he did his best, but we needed someone a little tougher on the Democrats, and we were left to choose betwen Bush and Keyes. I voted for Keyes. True dat.
I decided to vote for Fred as soon as he mentioned that he was possibly considering thinking about running. I am going to do something I have never done before, and that is to donate actual money to a political candidate.
I would take that clock radio and a tube of glue and move the dial, permanently.
Chrisy tries for a cheap 'gotcha'; something he would never do with the Dem candidates.
My opinion. Fred and Mitt on the same ticket is unbeatable.
Now the only remaining question is, who will head the ticket?
Mitt would make a great Vice President except that I don’t want him as President. For this reason I would prefer that Fred choose someone young, conservative, bright and articulate to stand ready to take the helm if the unthinkable happens and to otherwise be ready to run in 2016 if everything works out well. Rick Santorum, anyone?
