This is a relief. NPR this morning highlighted a short segment of Fred not being glib, as if that were the most important part of the debate, and then proceeded to say how exciting all the other candidates seemed. Personally, I hate NPR, but my wife thinks they are fair and balanced, so that is the clock radio station in the morning.

Anyway, I wasn't going to let any debate make my mind up for me. I'm pretty closed-minded. The first 3 candidates to be headlined by the MSM were the first to be scratched from my list. I just remember a bit too well how George W. Bush was foisted upon us by the MSM in 1998. I know, he did his best, but we needed someone a little tougher on the Democrats, and we were left to choose betwen Bush and Keyes. I voted for Keyes. True dat.

I decided to vote for Fred as soon as he mentioned that he was possibly considering thinking about running. I am going to do something I have never done before, and that is to donate actual money to a political candidate.

I would take that clock radio and a tube of glue and move the dial, permanently.
