TAKE A U-TURN, ELIOT (pols kneel in obeisance to hyphenates)
NY POST ^ | October 9, 2007 | EDITOIAL

Posted on 10/09/2007 5:02:25 AM PDT by Liz

Assembly Leader Tedisco called on Spitzer and the DMV to scrap the license plan-or face legal action and a new law to block it.....the Conservative Party unveiled a powerful new ad contrasting US policy along the Mexican border (where illegals are arrested) with Spitzer's plan to grant them licenses.

Last month, Spitzer announced NY would provide free chemotherapy to illegals, despite a federal directive prohibiting states from seeking federal reimbursement. The Federation for American Immigration Reform estimates NY pays out $4.5 billion more than it collects from illegals' tax revenue (for health care, education and incarceration).

Politicians sucking up to hyphenates is a disgusting spectacle. Both parties do it, although Democrats initiated the suckup game. Take a look at Dem and Repub web sites----you'll find lists of hyphenated "Americans."

This is little more than a con game. Hyphenates with foreign loyalties setting themselves apart from the rest of America.

The hyphenates blackmail politicians. The quid pro quo involves politicians showering hyphenates with tax-paid freebies in return for votes and campaign contributions. Politicians hastily kneel in obeisance....... or else.

Let me just say that if NYers drive their state into insolvency, they should not expect the less well-to-do taxpayers of my state to bail them out.

And the same goes for California.

The Federation for American Immigration Reform estimates NY pays out $4.5 billion more than it collects from illegals' tax revenue (for health care, education and incarceration).

Americans end up footing the bills, as usual.

God only knows what the costs are in sanctuary states like Texas, Tennessee, Arizona etc.

===============================================

NOTE WELL The US government (that's us, the taxpayers) supplies the nuclear umbrella for Mexico. It doesn't cost Mexico a cent.

We demand our next president lift the umbrella UNLESS Mexico polices its borders and keeps its citizens out of our country, off our crime rolls, (and off the US gravy train).

Spitzer has opened himself up to several charges taxpayers may want to pursue.

=================================================

EXHIBIT ONE Gov Spitler is failing to act as required when receiving complaints of known incidences of illegal wrongdoing, and by failing to follow government-mandated regulatory reviews.

This is a violation of Penal Law .135.60 COERCION IN THE SECOND DEGREE (a Class A misdemeanor) (covers public officials).

PENAL LAW 135.60 (Committed on or after September 1, 1967) is Coercion in the Second Degree. When an individual uses or abuses his/her position as a public servant by performing some act within or related to his or her official duties, or by failing or refusing to perform an official duty, in such manner as to affect some person adversely. Perform any (other) act which would not in itself materially benefit1the actor but which is calculated to harm another person materially with respect to his or her health, safety, business, calling, career, financial condition, reputation or personal relationships. The term(s), ("crime"), ("public servant") used in this definition has its own special meaning in our law.

=====================================

EXHIBIT TWO If elected state officials, under oath of office, are aiding and abetting illegals to break US laws, to use phony documents at municipal agencies like the DMV (and if Spitler took campaign contributions from said illegals, and in the process, deliberately ignored US laws in exchange for campaign contributions), this could be characterized as extortion, and/or bribery, and a violation of The Hobbs Act.

SOURCE October 1997 Criminal Resource Manual 2403 http://www.usdoj.gov/usao/eousa/foia_reading_room/usam/

===============================================

EXHIBIT THREE During Spitler's 1998 AG campaign, he indignantly denied allegations by his GOP opponent, Dennis Vacco (a top-notch pro-life conservative), that Spitler's wealthy father had provided millions in loans to his AG campaign.

Candidate Spitzer insisted he was using only his own money (family members are limited by law to $110,000 in total contributions) and accused Vacco of "smearing" his father.

Not until he'd actually taken office did Spitzer admit that Dennis Vacco had been correct, after all. In fact, it turned out Spitzer, despite earlier denials, had done the exact same thing during his unsuccessful 1994 run for AG.

NOTE WELL: Now how did the loving Spitzer family convert all that money to sonny's election? The altruistic Spitzer family runs a "do-good foundation." The IRS has noted that some foundations are prime money laundering vehicles that use phony accounting and fake line items like "LEGAL, CONSULTING AND ADMIN FEES" that are tax evasion schemes. Some foundations also put ghost employees on the payroll to skim off monies.

PHONE THE IRS TOLL FREE 1-800-829-0433 You may remain anonymous if you wish.

==============================================

EXHIBIT FOUR Many states mandate that public officials be bonded (to indemnify taxpayers against government fraud). The acts outlined above would seriously impair Spitzer's ability to be bonded.

TO REPORT:
(1) NY (as in every state) should have an Insurance Fraud Unit.
(2) The NY State AG's office should have an Insurance Fraud Prosecutor.

QUISLING: a synonym for traitor, someone who collaborates with the invaders of his country.

Current federal law 8USC 1373(a) PROHIBITS SANCTUARY CITIES. It reads as follows:

"Notwithstanding any other provision of federal, state, or local law, a federal, state, or local government entity or official may not prohibit, or in any way restrict any government entity or official from sending to, or receiving from, the Immigration and Naturalization Service information regarding the citizenship or immigration status, lawful or unlawful, of any individual."

U.S. Constitution, Article 4 Section 4:

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government,

and shall protect each of them against Invasion;"

Invasion: \In*va"sion\, n. [L. invasio: cf. F. invasion. See Invade.] [1913 Webster]

1. The act of invading; the act of encroaching upon the rights or possessions of another; encroachment; trespass.

I don’t buy that.

There are traditional groups like the Itallian American Societies, Polish Americans, or Irish Americans who are just acknoledging their past.

There is no divided loyalty issue, just a sense of pride in history.

The REAL issue is the balkanization enablers like the INSANE pro illegal news of Univision, anti-english language efforts to keep the spanish speakers seperate, and the remittances.

It is an shift from comming to the USA to live and join the american dream into a flood of looters here to take from the “eeeeevil gringo”.

Can you believe this, Spitzer plans to allow convicted illegal alien felons to get a drivers license. The man has some serious mental problems and is unfit for office:

Spitzer aims to "persuade" Ray Kelly to back license plan

The Daily News learned that state parole papers will be among the new documents that applicants can use.

Republicans said it made "no sense" to let an illegal convicted of a felony get a driver's license.

No disagreement here.

But don't compare apples with oranges.

We ignore hyphenates that politicize themselves at our peril.

Politicians don't suck-up to these hyphenated groups for their health.

How close do you think we are to all out revolution? I am so sick and tired of these guys from my First Selectman to the president. Hardly an honest man/woman in the crowd.

Some politicians may bend the knee to hyphenated Americans, but not this politician. Believe it or not, the fastest growth of illegal aliens in any state, is in North Carolina. This has accelerated since adjoining Georgia adopted fairly strict statewide controls on illegal aliens.

This is a serious issue in my state, and I am on the correct side of the issue.

There’s no hyphenation in where my ancestors come from and where I come from. I’m born and bred in Brooklyn, NY, USA. Ancestors came from Puerto Rico and Italy, but that’s no matter.
