several North Korean scientists were injured in Israel's strike in Syria last month

The NK scientists collateral damage is icing on the cake. Maybe those prostitutes of plutonium will think twice about helping Iran or any other mideast tyrannical regime.

It cannot be said enough, the scientists and technicians should never, ever be collateral damage. They should be the prime targets. Attacking off hours to minimize "collateral" damage makes absolutely no sense. The human capital is the most vulnerable and value part of the whole operation.

Besides, it discourages entrants into the field.

Maj. Gen. Walter Dorenberger, the project lead for the German V2 said the greatest effect of the Anglo-American bombing raid on Peenemunde was that it killed a number of irreplaceable scientists and engineers.
