What a shame. I had always held out hope that GW’s “faith” was a sincere and true faith in Jesus Christ. Although I am not in a position to judge (only the Messiah Himself has that authority), we also know that the mouth betrays what is really in our hearts.
The only two religions that worship the same God is Judaism and Christianity, and between the two of them, only one comes close to the completed picture.
The ONLY way “all religions pray to same God” is if my God is schizophrenic. God (Jehovah, ELOHIM, EL SHADDAI) is unchanging nad has been consistent through history. GW is suggesting that God has split personalities - and I am quite offended by that.
Correct!
100% agree. Either GWB has had a fall from grace (and none of us are perfect) since becoming President, or, we never really knew the man and his faith. I am all for tolerance of religious differences, but GWB seems to be desperately trying to appease the loudest non-Christians out there.
AMen and Amen, Battman. YOu said it well. GW has really dissapointed a lot of evangelicals that thought his faith was in Christ Alone. God alone will be the Supreme Judge but I sure don’t like the sound of this.
You people are working too hard to be offended.
