Yes, an unborn person is a living human being. They are just growing like all humans do. Anyone to kill a little person before they are ready for the outside world, is obviously being SELFISH. And for the big push on the other end - it’s all about the MONEY - as this little person in parts can be sold for scientific research - and turned into something like facial cream for old ladies!
Actually, the trend of pro-abortion talking points these days has left this question behind. Most pro-aborts will now openly acknowledge that life begins at fertilization. It is not their position that abortion isn’t killing; they instead assert that this killing is justified, or even downright noble.
Pray the Rosary. Strategy, legal definitions, protests, fund-raising, advertising, increasing knowledge, YES, all those are important in the battle on the worldly plane. But this is just as much a moral and spiritual battle and it cannot be won without the intervention of the greatest example of a woman who said, “I choose life” when she had a very unexpected pregnancy: Mary, the Mother of God.
Catholics and Evangelicals are probably the two biggest groups (and major financial contributors) in the pro-life efforts, and they don’t always agree with each other on Marian theology. But let’s try to keep an open mind and not rule out her assistance.
Priests for Life has increasingly de-emphasized prayer to Mary so as to appeal to a wider segment of the population of Christians. That is a mistake. We will never win in the larger scheme of things, that is really restoring a culture of life with respect for the family, without the help of God and the intercession of the Blessed Mother.
Hail Mary, full of Grace, the Lord is with thee!
