All this information was available to Congressman John Murtha before his cold-blooded killer slander on May 17, 2006.
This information was also leaked to the media more than a year ago. But they suppressed it in favor of a lie about a massacre.

Well, with the closing of the SSgt Frank Wuterich Article hearing, the investigation into the enlisted Marines is now officially over.
Read the investigating officer's reports for yourself (pdf formats): SSgt Frank Wuterich, LCpl Stephen Tatum, and LCpl Justin Sharratt.
inquiry prepared by US Army Maj. Gen. Eldon A. Bargewell is an obscure Marine Corps intelligence summary (see pdf) that says the deadly encounter was an intentional propaganda ploy planned and paid for by Al Qaeda foreign fighters.
Well known by many for over a year!
Our media, the enemy within
Yep ..... the ENEMEDIA
This is stunning!! Our military is being framed by AQ and nobody is stopping it?? Wonder if the DNC was in on the AQ charade??
Pray for W and Our Marines
Veteran military defense attorney Gary Meyers said he never understood why the Naval Criminal Investigative Service special agents leading the Haditha criminal investigation didnt "examine the linkage" between Al Qaeda, the local insurgency and the events at Haditha.
SECNAV Winter should require a thorough investigation of the NCIS. If he doesn't require that, he should be fired from his position and replaced by someone who will investigate the total ineptness of the NCIS and this investigation of the Haditha Marines.

Democrats Chastise Limbaugh for Insulting Troops
Oct. 6, 2007
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) has introduced a Bill of Attainder against conservative radio commentator Rush Limbaugh for usurping the prerogatives of congress. The flap started when Limbaugh characterized self-proclaimed war hero and war critic, Jesse Macbeth, a phony soldier.
It is not for Mr. Limbaugh to say who is or isnt a soldier, Reid said. Nor should he be casting aspersions on brave men like Jesse Macbeth for their outspoken opposition to the atrocities committed by our troops. Congress is the judge of these matters.
Reid asserted that the testimony of soldiers like Macbeth has been corroborated by many others. Senator Kerry (D-Mass.) has informed me that our troops have been terrorizing women and children in the dead of night, Reid went on. Congressman Murtha (D-Pa.) pointed out that our Marines have been killing civilians in cold-blood. I have heard similar stories from Senator Durbin (D-Ill.) and Senator Obama (D-Ill.).
As it turns out, Macbeth who claimed to have been an Army Ranger was in the Army only 44 days and never served in Iraq or Afghanistan. The lack of actual participation in the war did not stunt Macbeths imagination. He described how he and other U.S. Army Rangers slaughtered Muslims as they prayed in a Baghdad mosque.
Senator Tom Harkin (D-Iowa) cautioned that we not rush to dismiss Macbeths account of atrocities just because he embellished his war record. Harkin said boasting about ones military service is a harmless vice akin to fishermens tales of the one that got away.
Harkin once claimed to have flown combat missions in Vietnam, only to later be forced to admit that he only flew into Vietnam on a few occasions to sample the killer weed and get some action with hot Asian babes.
Reids bill calls for Limbaugh to be permanently banished from the airwaves and to perform two million hours of community service helping non-English speakers register to vote.

If so, this is damning evidence that will only help SSgt. Wunterich's case against Murtha; and I would hope that the rest of the prosecuted Marines likewise sue Murtha, McGirk, and TIME.

You’ve got the “Palm grove” as being all the way down the river to the safe house. The “Palm grove” was off the detail to the north, near where the captions for it are in the unviewable PDF.
I do not believe the spots you have marked “3” are anywhere near the locaton of the events in what the reports call the “Palm Grove”.
Likewise, I don’t believe the “Second IED discovered” and “EOD team attacked by small arms fire to be anywhere near location “2”
Since the video is supposed to be time-coded perhaps you could provide the actual time of each of the captures that were posted relating to the “Palm grove” incidents and the drive south.
Never faithful Murtha bump!
From Powerline:The NYT could find only one person critical of brave Officer Ware’s report but ehy failed to disclose something about him (from Powerline):
“Actually, the Times cites just one expert who voices what is evidently the paper’s own disappointment at the collapse of the case against the Marines: Eugene R. Fidell, who is identified as “an expert in military law in Washington.” Mr. Fidell has the article’s money quote:
It does surprise me to see that the killing of seven women and children by grenades and rifles, for the purposes of clearing structures, is being treated the way this investigating officer has treated it.”
Where did the Times go to find an expert who would articulate the house view of the Haditha killings? Well, to be fair, I think Mr. Fidell is indeed an expert on military law. He is also, however, married to Linda Greenhouse, the hyper-liberal reporter who covers the Supreme Court for the Times—a fact that the paper did not consider it necessary to mention. So the Times didn’t have to look far for an expert whose opinion would give the right conclusion to an article on how guilty Marines beat the rap.”
Ping - the Media is our enemy within.
This article is an absolutely mind-boggling revelation. It must be read.
Thanks for the ping. A very interesting article to say the least.
Ping! For the sheer joy of it!
Bump. For all you do.
