Exactly! And the leaker or leaker's should be skewered. Many here have hopes that when Murtha is finally deposed for the civil defamation case by SSgt. Wuterich's attorneys that info will come out but I'm not holding my breath. Congresscritters should not be above the law but Murtha has been flaunting his corrupt and criminal behavior so many years in front of the public he is convinced the law doesn't apply to him.

One day all the evidence and documents will be given to Nat helms and he will have a field day with the msm. For now, I put together a timeline to dispel the NYTimes reporter Paul von Z. In his recent article The Erosion of a Murder case.......24 Iraqi Civilians. Paul von Z states the delay in the investigation 13 months had passed. These dates were taken off the evidence documents I have in my posession that were presented at Justin’s Article 32.
How fast can an investigation progress? Any law enforcement types out there who can tell me how long it takes to gather evidence in a multiple civilian murder case? Has Paul von Z ever heard of cold case files?
I am completely frustrated by the reports by the msm. Have they ever heard of investigating their stories?

Thanks for the timeline, Darryl. I’m not sure what the author meant when he said witnesses vanished. That must have been one of those “sounds good” comments.
