You just keep on yelling - I’m so disgusted with the media!!
Well, I went googling also and found it.....on -—
MySpaceTV: The Real Stars - Ben Stein by Andersen Fire Department - and there it was......

Yell away...I seem to have screaming fits at the TV every day now. I’m sure Rush will be thrilled to expose the “phony reporters.”
UGGGGG. OK how do I get this sickening ugly mental image out of my head? "Liberal Orgy" that enough to make even the strongest stomach turn.
Really? Then why do not Ms Nancy and the Socialists Democrats simply pass a bill reauthorizing the existing program? Why do they feel the need to extend the program to the children of people making $82,000 a year up to age 25? Why, as the President pointed out in his Saturday Radio Address, that more then 50% of the money in these states paid for with this Schip program is being used to fund health care for ADULTS, not children?
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1907461/posts
Unfortunately, more than 500,000 poor children who are eligible for SCHIP coverage are not enrolled in the program. At the same time, many States are spending SCHIP funds on adults. In fact, based on their own projections for this fiscal year, Minnesota, Illinois, New Jersey, Michigan, Rhode Island, and New Mexico will spend more SCHIP money on adults than they do on children. And that is not the purpose of the program.
Why do you think none of them are being invited on these shows?
I am beginning to think the whole Media Matter’s hit on Limbaugh was done just to divert him and the other Conservative Talk Show hosts from ripping the Democrats to shreds on Schip.
I just woke up and turned on Fox & Friends. Greg Kelly is in for Brian Killmeade so I immediately turned the TV off.
Nice quiet morning with coffee and Free Republic. I could get used to this. Fox News’s loss. They can promote Greg Kelly, but I’m not watching. Like I said on another post, Fox News has lost its soul.
In addition to his “slant” on things, Greg Kelly just isn’t very smart.
I don’t watch F&F anymore either.
Ever stop to think the reason you see no Pubbies is because the Show's Producers pick the guests, not the RNC?
Well that is the the fashionable pretending to be "Conservative" Talk Radio Host's dogma. It is also complete untrue and absurd. NONE of the Repb candidates are less then 65% on your side. The ONLY problem is the 100%er Talk Radio hosts, and various Junk Media Pundits, confuse NOT getting ONLY what they want the second they decide they want it with "getting less then 50%".
Conservatives should take a close look at all the things that piss off them off about our society. Notice that few, if any, of them were passed via legislation. The vast majority of things they all claim to loath were IMPOSED on them by Leftist judges ruling in court cases.
Notice how many things Conservative approved of, that after being signed into law, were simply set aside by a Leftist Judge abusing their power to overrule the Legislative process by fiat? For example most tough local anti illegals legislation has been promptly torpedoed by Courts. Almost inevitable Clinton appointed Judges presided over those courts.
The ONLY thing Conservatives should be thinking going into 2008 is Do I want 3 Hillary clones on the Supreme Court screwing things up for the next 30-40 years or do I want 3 more Alito-Roberts type Judges on the Court.
Came out of the closet and admited to being homosexual
and got a job at the NYTimes.
Don't underestimate the power of being a new convert to a cause to fundamentally change a person's outlook. New converts, and media homosexuals tend to be the most militant of converts, have a habit of being the most extreme members of any cause or sect. It as if they are trying to compensate for all the years of NOT being one of the sect
Yes I’ve stopped to think your scenario.
But I still think that if some of those pubbies wanted a guest spot they could arrange one. Of course they’d have to promise something.
Hey, think what you will. I’d argue that the pubbies could do more than they do and to defend them by saying that they don’t get invites....I don’t buy it. Dick Cheney, almost anyone in the administration, needs but to call up for a time and a date. Giving the lazy pubbies an out like this just helps their ineffectiveness along.
Your mileage, of course, may vary.
I think they don’t want invites ORrrrrr they turn them down.
Yeah, at times they may not get invited but I’ll never buy that they couldn’t get air time if they went full throttle to get some.
Too many of the elected pubbies I know are more concerned about getting along with the Dems than the silly wishes of thou and I.
You're so right, my friend. Well said!
BTW---sorry for the late reply. I had to turn off the talking (or should I say "spinning"?) heads and go outside for a long walk yesterday.
I hope all is well with you.
Best regards,
RIV
Good morning, all.
With another round of Sunday morning talk shows upon us we again thank those with the fortitude to watch and comment. I think it’s getting harder, but that may be just me.
Our top 10 commenters from last week, chosen with greater care that the winner of the Nobel Peace Prize, I can assure you of that are as follows.
#10. Sal, for his warning at #213 not to protest the leftist nature of this programming lest we get the Fairness Doctrine shoved down our throats.
#9. MissMagnolia for bringing us the great quote from our first President George at #169.
#8. Fishtalk for her excellent ideas on addressing the SCHIP issue at #54.
#7. rodguy911 who understands that the Clintons do not play to lose. See #65. (I think the fix is in as well.)
#6. The Pack Knight for recognition of the greatest anti-genocide force in the history of the world at #175. (#189 is good too.)
#5. Miss Didi for her amusing posts about the infestation of women in politics at #20, #38 and #248.
#4. Laverne who so wittily lets us know what’s going on at Reliable Sources. See #128 and #132.
And now for our top three:
#3. PrinceOfCups for giving us a glimpse of the life of an outsider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and adding a little international flavor to our gathering. See his post at #227.
#2. Our reliable and wonderful and hard working Phsstpok who always posts with wit and wisdom, but that chart of the appearances of presidential candidates was a doozy. You can see it at #218. It shows us what we are up against.
#1. Alas Babylon! gets the top award for his creative scriptwriting at #90 which I was pretty sure was going to be the post of the day the minute I saw it. Also highly recommended in looking forward to the upcoming election is his #209 where he does a mind meld with rodguy911.
Thanks, everyone. You are all smart, funny, insightful and have strong stomachs.
Thanks for the notoriety. It’s Ramadan Eid here, so I’m “home” in my pseudo-hotel once again on the Freep. Normally I would still be at work at this time (3:30pm Saudi Time) but with the holiday I can once again join in on the Sunday Morning (afternoon!) festivities.
Yawn.......
Thanks, Bahbah. I’m afraid I’ll be playing catch up again today because of an ongoing cabinet project (with occasional breaks), but thanks to FR I won’t miss anything.
