Less than half an hour ago I got off the phone with a caller from Quinnipac.
Fred all the way.
The lady polling got a chuckle when she asked about if I would vote for Hitlary.I said “She would have to be going up against Satan and even then it wasn’t a done deal”

Ease off Dobson. You mark my words, he’ll back Fred if Fred wins the nod. There’s a floating rumor out there that Fred might pick an old friend of Dobson’s (and Fred’s) as VP. (Think: former Speaker).

Amen. Having a fundraiser for Rudy911 was the last straw.

Where’s that been floating? He’s been on my short list of predicted VP candidates for some time now.

Former speaker. Hastert, Gindrich? Don’t you want FDT to win?

Last week I thought the idea of a long, hard fought GOP nomination process was a possibility. Romney might the be the king maker in all this. If he does well in Iowa and New Hampshire, Mass, Michigan he might keep Thompson or Rudy from securing the nomination until late in the spring.

I really believe the time has come to be for for someone rather than against Hillary. All the hate the democrats have had for Bush failed to keep him out of the White House.
Hate is not enough. Lets be for someone.
Hunter/Thompson or Thompson/Hunter. Sounds like a clear cut opposition to Hillary to me. It is also a winner. Two non socialist adults against a socialist harridan.

It's time for us to start telling people what Thompson and Hunter will DO once elected. We always win when we have someone out front making promises they are prepared to follow through on.

Exactly. You don’t win by hating someone. You win by believing in someone.
Lets not fall into the trap the Democrats have fallen into.
Hate gets you nowhere.

I remember the night Reagan accepted the nomination back in 1980, the convention theme was, “Together a New Beginning.” Reagan made it clear to everyone what he WOULD DO once he took office.
