I don’t accept this as GOOD news but it’s better than what it could have been. Early on Freepers were saying if the boots on the ground can be charged with killing civilians then the same should be applied to the pilots for bombing and taking out lives from results of a blast. I don’t believe the Marines or the pilots should be charged, but the outcome is the same: dead people in war.

Since murder is not covered by statutes of limitation, every U.S. veteran who participated in the bombings of Berlin, Dresden, Hiroshima and Nagasaki should be hauled into military courts for negligent homicide.
