Romney’s mealy-mouthed slap at Rush yesterday (through a spokesman’s statement to the Huffington site) has finished him off. Watch Mitt fade away.

I think Romney thought NH would be a cakewalk. He's been spending money in the key primary states but this strategy isn't working out, perhaps, because the media coverage of strategy can start to affect these voters.
The rest of the country ain't buyin' what Romney's trying to foist on them with his wallet.

Like father like son.
Through clumsiness, ignorance or a little of both, Mitt is p*ssing away any shot at the Presidency, just like his Dad did with his famous ‘brainwashed’ comment in the ‘68 campaign.

It will be interesting to see how the Pro “RINOS FOR MITT” crowd explains this away.

THE POLLS SAY OTHERWISE. Romney trending UP and closing in! Great news Mitt fans! Not only does he lead in several early primary states, but the national race is getting closer as well! Woo hoo! Practically a dead heat with the margin of error.
Poll Watch: Rasmussen Daily Tracker (10/4)Poll
Thompson - 22%
Giuliani - 20%
Romney - 17%
McCain - 11%
