>>>While I agree with the sentiments of this gentleman, it is still LEGAL to fly the Mexican, Confederate, or any other flag you want under the FIRST AMENDMENT! How many times do I need to repeat myself?
So presumably if the army of a foreign invader were on our soil, you’d argue we couldn’t do anything about it, due to the Second Amendment?

I wish you guys would NOT bring the Confederate Flag into the argument. I would NEVER fly the Battle flag ABOVE the US Flag. NOT EVER......
I do fly the Texas Flag at the same level, but that is correct.

Great point. The surrenderists would defend the rights of invaders to bear arms!

If said folks declared war and were part of an invading militia, then, duh, we would be fighting them. Flying a foreign flag is NOT an act of war. If this were true, we would have to arrest everyone at the Columbus Day, Dominican Independence Day, and West Indian Day parades.
I don't care for anyone who flys a foreign flag above old glory, but said person has a right to do so, especially if it is on their property.

So presumably if the army of a foreign invader were on our soil, youd argue we couldnt do anything about it, due to the Second Amendment? Presumably, if the U.S. were invaded by Mexico, Canada or some other country, the Constitution would be suspended thus denying the foreign invaders of Constitutional protections.

While I agree with the sentiments of this gentleman, it is still LEGAL to fly the Mexican, Confederate, or any other flag you want under the FIRST AMENDMENT! How many times do I need to repeat myself? Since the courts have held that it is legal as First Amendment protected speech to burn a US Flag to make a point, there's no reason US Citizens can't make the same point by burning flags of foreign nations.
Granted, it's impolite, and so long as others refrain from desecration of the US flag, turn about is fair play. But when they deliberately insult or trivialize the US banner, then it's time for theirs to go up in flames.
As for those who've clothed themselves in such foreign banners, should that come to pass? Ish kabibble!
