The United States of America is a sovereign nation.
We owe allegiance to no other country, no other flag.
I and many thousands of others like me, know damn well that we are a sovereign nation, owing allegiance to no other country.
Therefore, I and thousands of others like me, will not allow the Flag of the United States of America to be flown inferior to any other flag, in these United States.
I, for one, if I see it, I'll do the same damn thing the hero in the video did.
I'll rip the damn mex flag down, confiscate the Flag of the United States of America and dare the damn fool that displayed it to confront me.
I'm tired of this stinking pussy-footing around about this crap.
We are being invaded.
We are being invaded by a bunch of welfare leeches from a third world crap hole, said third world leeches thinking that they are the rightful occupants of our land.
I will not, I cannot stand and see the Flag of the United States of America flown inferior to any other flag.
I don't give a damn what flag it is, if it is flown superior to the Flag of the United States of America, I shall interpret it as an act of war and I will respond accordingly.

So what do you do when you catch somebody flying the flag after dark without s spotlight, or leaving it flying in a thunderstorm? Burn their house down?
There is no penalty for flying a Mexican or Confederate Flag above the American Flag.
However, there is a penalty for theft and that includes stealing a flag.

Brousard (sp?) had it right. In a clear act of civil disobedience, he stated his name, his intent and proceded to steal that guy’s flag. My hat is off to him for his courage in defying the law out of love for his country.
What I can’t abide is this pseudo logic that spins it as a legal action. It was not. Brousard is more the man for standing up and acting in defiance than everyone who’s trying to make it sound like it was anything but.
I don’t have quite the guts for physical confrontation that you have. However, the day after 9/11 I drove by a fast-food restaurant that had the flag had full staff. When I went past the second time I decided to go in and let them know it should be at half-staff.
It was an older muslim couple behind the counter and some younger muslims working (A family? - The lady and a girl wiht the head scarf, etc.) Anyway - I mentioned it to them politely and in broken English the man said the rope/pulley doesn’t work.
I left and went around back to take a look and it worked just fine. Brought Old Glory down to half staff (I think that was okay - you raise it up full, then back down to half?). Then went back in and told them I was able to “fix” it.
Then called the local cops and the FBI tipline about it.
Went by a few days later and no flag was up. Still isn’t, but not sure who runs the place anymore.

The left had better back away from this bs or the scene below will be repeated throughout the US.

The Mexican with his flag held high was just speaking his mind. He's really just repeating what our leaders have been saying: foreign relations are more important than American values.
Concur. Flying the US flag beneath another is an outright claim that the location is no longer US territory, but a conquered/occupied zone.
It's time to take it back.
