Oh, how stupid!!! They HAD to carry the chiles out of the restaurant???? Unreal!

When I wok up a spicy meal, I fry Thai chillies in the oil I will use for the stir-fry. I fry them little suckers black, take them out of the oil, chop ‘em up and add them into the rest of the ingredients. Really good, but if you breathe the smoke, you’ll choke! Great care is required!
