Fred Thompson on Harry Reids attacks on Rush Limbaugh
Congressional Democrats are trying to divert attention from insulting our military leader in Iraq and pandering to the loony left by attacking Rush Limbaugh. He is one of the strongest supporters of our troops, yet Democrats claim he is not being strong enough. I wonder who General Petraeus and his troops think is most supportive?

What a cheap ploy for political points. Fred blatantly gets Limbaugh to advertise him free of charge on his show.

Nice quote on your home page.

And the rest of the candidates were apparently either:
Too stupid to realize how important this was to conservatives, or
Didn't care how important this was to conservatives.
Either way, not a good thing for a candidate hoping to garner votes from conservatives.

"What a cheap ploy for political points. Fred blatantly gets Limbaugh to advertise him free of charge on his show." Just one question...how did they get Dingy Harry and the whole US Congress to quarterback the ball in your grand conspiracy theory? Just asking.

Fred’s soundbite just sounds too politically correct. Calling the loony left the loony left is PC on what planet?

Yeah, it's so shallow.
Be sure Willard sticks with his Operation Defenestrate Limbaugh plan. In fact, he should step it up. Why just one blurb on HuffBlog when he could add it to his daily stump speech? Better yet, a few thousand more broadcast ads to grate on Iowans' nerves.
Step it up. Keep it up.

Maybe he realizes there are more important things in this country to deal with than a talk show host.

You see, if Hunter actually did something to climb out of single digits, he’d lose his street cred.

That's a good, straightforward summary by Senator Thompson. I hope that other candidates will follow his lead in issuing clear statements in support of Mr. Limbaugh.

Willard should add it to his talking points. I think he should throw Rush Limbaugh under the bus in every campaign stump speech. Do you have his ear? Encourage him to start doing this now.
