The latest episode of the CBS crime show "Cold Case" depicted presumably devout Christian teens in an abstinence club as sexually active hypocrites who literally stone a member to keep their sins secret.
The Culture and Media Institute, a defender of traditional values, calls the episode broadcast Sunday "a ham-handed attempt to influence this fall's congressional debate on abstinence education programs. The show also depicts abstinence-only education as useless, if not actively harmful."

I'm so weary of the assualts on christianity.
I'm betting we won't see an episode where a homosexual hollywood producer is born-again, swears off homosexuality, gets married and raises normal healthy children, in a normal healthy church.

It really freaks me out to look at her sometimes...she's got pale whit skin, topped with very white-blonde hair...almost looks like she wanted to be an albino, and tried too hard.
We wouldn’t have these problems in the US if the government would simply ban all stones. We already know that when you put one of those illegal assault stones in the hands of a Christian, all hell is going to break loose. Stones are banned in the UK and it is like muslim heaven over there.

I would challenge Hollywood to show one instance where this has occurred. They can't, of course.
I rarely watch TV shows (although, generally I am interested in Cold Case and CSI, so if it’s on incidentally, I might watch it if I don’t feel like doing anything else). So, I don’t often even see ads for the things.
But I did notice the ad for this over the weekend (during football?).
I thought - there’s a show I like to watch sometimes, but this episode looks asinine and totally unbelievable. (Especially if it’s “back in time”!) So I guess I won’t watch it even if I run across it.
Anyway, looks like my fears were justified.

Mandy always enjoyed a good stoning.
I wateched a “comedy” named Chuck for the first two episodes, and both revolved around a CIA agent and an NSA agent trying to kill each other. The last scene of Chuck showed a high-ranking general at the Pentagon telling the NSA agent that he needs to kill Chuck in six months, as he will no longer be of use to the Pentagon.
The show seemed like it could have been so entertaining, but its bizarre depictions of casual murders of fellow agents and innocent civilians reminded me of Soviet-era propaganda.
I won’t watch it again...

I don’t “like it”, but I can’t help doing it! I don’t watch TV much, but my husband does alot, so when I see the $!@#!@ they’re spewing, I can’t help at least scowling, if not making remarks or at least grunts and growls!
The worst that he loves - “Boston Legal”. It has everything but graphic violence. Blatant as well as subtle liberal BS out the wazoo, and sexual this, that, & the other. And a “conservative” whacko who has Alzheimer’s - all to point out how stupid and demented and crazy conservatives are.
Hate that show.
We need to get these script writers posted all over the internet. Names, pictures, life bio, etc. instead of them hiding behind the small print as the TV show credits go flashing by. If they are proud of their work, they will appreciate the fame.
I've got a better suggestion for you, just don't watch TV at all. I can't even watch a football game anymore as it seems to be more of a commercial-a-thon with a little football in there to break it up.
