Evidently, since the majority leader of the SENATE felt the need to make this issue SENATE business, SENATE business is exactly what this is.
To let "slime, scum, dirt, filth, lying, stupid comments" go unchallenged, for even this length of time, is cowardice pure and simple.

They shall in all cases, except treason, felony and breach of the peace, be privileged from arrest during their attendance at the session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any speech or debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other place.
Evidently Rush doesn't contribute enough $GREEN$ in the right places to merit consideration of support.
I still think Rush is able to take care of himself. Let’s watch and see. :)
I would rather the Senate used my tax dollars on doing something more useful than slamming each other over nonsense.
