On further investigation, it appears that
the Gaming Board's ruling was made in August of 2006.
So, unless they've been disgracing the flag for upwards of a year, the two may not be directly related.
Though, it doesn't take a genius to link the conditions that led to the Board's ruling and the attitude that prompted this establishment to denigrate the U.S. flag.
