Tell a lie often enough and it becomes the truth. We may get a good illustration of that phenomenon here.
Reid is a phony representative of the people.
“Freedom of speech is one of our countrys most cherished values”
So NOW he values free speech. Bet he would have loved to shut down talk radio. Was Reid concerned with Murtha’s remarks. What a hypocrite.
Where is the list of signers or is there one yet?
Should be interesting.
Bring it on!
He’s a low-life punk. I’d love to see a pie in his face. What a creep!
Classic case of displacement. Project your own bad behavior on someone else.
Great Timing their Dingy. The Whole world is reporting the great success of the Surge today.
Maybe hi is just trying to deflect the good news from Iraq?
Does anybody have in context what Limbaugh actually said? All I see is a one sentence quote everywhere.
Reid (like most Dims in the Senate) is a phoney POS!
Once the truth of what Rush said gets out...
Well, it’s like that scene with Christopher Walken at the end of The Dead Zone.
“It’s over.”
Mark Levin gave out the number to the phony patriot, Harry Reid’s office: 202-224-3542. He says to be polite.
Chutzpah, thy name is Harry Reid.
modern day Goebbels, at it again.
he has the entire conversation from start to finish
In conversation with a caller, Rush referred to “phony soldiers” like the notorious Jesse MacBeth who faked a record of Iraq combat service as an Army Ranger to peddle phony atrocity stories. It’s very clear that he’s talking about impostors, not real soldiers, as Senator Reid knows perfectly well. The full transcript is available at Rush’s website.
Now Harry go on Rush show so the public can hear your rant,if you have any gonads.
Even a cursory examination of this much ado about nothing plainly shows that Rush did not attack ‘the troops’ but attacked a single soldier who is still supported by the MSM and Dems even though when the plain truth is there for all to see.
There was also a time when a man’s word was worth something. You looked someone in the eye and shook his hand and you would not go back on that understanding regardless of the cost to you. No more. Now we lie as the first resort, and again going back to Bill Clinton we have learned that many will choose their words very carefully, making sure there is a way to wiggle out of anything they’ve said.
I always take heat when I make this statement, but here goes anyway. Flame away guys. I am SO glad I am in the last of my life and not the first. I would not want to be growing up, or starting my working life again, in today’s ethical atmosphere. The flamers usually start by pointing out it was my generation that screwed up the US. I respectfully disagree.
