The solution seems to be to get rid of the wellness act all together. People are responsible for their own health care. Second, the church should find a private residence to hold worship service or fellowship. Tax dollars and churches don’t mix. They don’t pay for the library so they, as a church, don’t get to use it.

Agreed. It seems a bit of a stretch to say “If they won’t come to our Church to hear us, they might come to the library to hear us”. Having said that, however- if the church doesn’t get to use the library, neither should any other meeting-group.

The church may not pay taxes, but neither do other tax-exempt organizations which are allowed to use the library. However, the members of the those organizations pay taxes to support the library.
That said, I think you have put your finger on the solution: Pull the public funding from the libraries. Perhaps the members of the church could start a campaign to do just that.

Let’s take your argument forward a bit. Suppose there is some kind of disaster that wipes out an entire community. The only building left standing is the town hall. Are you saying it is unconstitutional for the town’s religious folks to pray in that building?
