I ain’t F. Lee anybody, but slandering a private citizen (even one who, like Rush, is a public figure) should be hard to justify as “official Congressional business.” However, the act of introducing a resolution, regardless of its contents, could be viewed as exactly that. At least that’s the flimsy figleaf I suspect Dingy Harry would dash behind if anyone brought up Hutchinson v. Proxmire.

Agreed in spades. This is clearly a conspiracy of the left designed as pay-back for the Betray-Us debacle. What is so interesting is how quickly deliberate smears fabricated by a Soros-funded organization, targeted first at O’Reilly and then at Rush, became talking points and rallying cries for leftist in the House and Senate. If my understanding of 1930’s Germany is anywhere correct this situation with talk radio reminds me of the Nazi Brown Shirts.

Hillary scares the living daylights out of me and for the future of this great country and for my children and grand children.
