They usually have video cams in all jail cells so they will probably be able to tell from that. For them to say she got tangled in the handcuffs makes me think they probably saw it on a replay! What does make me curious is that they left her in handcuffs after putting her in the cell. She must have been going wild for them to leave her cuffed.

"Excited Delirium" is irreversable and fatal. Probably responsible for dozens of in-custody deaths every year. There is nothing the copper or medic can do to change the outcome. As real shame, because the families want answers, the LEOs get put through hell, and the only thing really to blame is a massive OD of adreneline.
