I thought Duke had given each accused player a large settlement? Maybe it’s coming from another direction....The unindicted 44 lacrosse players are also going to sue, and in addition Brodhead is under review from the trustees and there are SEVERAL big donators that are mucho disgusted with this feckless POS.
Imagine!! 18 months later and no punishments of the reprehensible faculty behavior, and only this belated apology for Duke's inaction and non-support. That guy and the BOT chairman Steele, have to go!

On one of the old threads here, a quotation was posted by the chairman or a member of the board of trustees raving what a wonderful person Brodhead was. It was nauseating, as if written by a lover or somebody who thought Brodhead was almost superhuman - or wanted others to think that.
