Contrary to what is said here, I’ve met many such libs. Mind you, they are maybe 10% of the liberal camp — mostly simply repeat phrases they don’t understand, under the impression that this is what educated people do — but there are a number of good, honest, kind-hearted libs.

Most of those libs became libs before HHH or McGovern, and are as distrustful of the limousine libs that we see trotted in front of us.

Juan always reminded me of the proverbial “broken clock” who was right twice a day. But now I see him being right five or six times a day. There is hope that this caterpillar will yet emerge as a butterfly.
