Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards said if he wasn’t elected president, the population of African-American males is likely to either wind up in prison or dead.
At an MTV/MySpace.com forum Thursday, Edwards responded to a question about inner-city kids partaking in violence by saying there was no “silver bullet” to fight the problem.
“We start with the president of the United States saying to America, ‘we cannot build enough prisons to solve this problem. And the idea that we can keep incarcerating and keep incarcerating — pretty soon we’re not going to have a young African-American male population in America. They’re all going to be in prison or dead. One of the two.”

What's the problem? Imagine the economic impact on the country.

Edwards is unbelievable...the worst candidate the Dems have in this race. Dragging his cancer-ridden wife around on the campaign trail; all but saying (by implication) that African-American boys might as well be dead; vowing to make the lame walk...the man is the kookiest to come along since Ross Perot.
I don’t know how anyone can take him seriously as a candidate.
He could keep half of them out out of prison by hiring them as ground-keepers at his new house.

Let's stop referring to Americans using hyphens! And let's stop printing instructions for voting, drivers' licenses and recorded messages in Spanish. It's as though the governmental bodies are insulting the intelligence of Americans. The only group this makes things easy for are the 16 million (plus) illegal aliens.
Just think what this does for the muslim minorities. Just for them let's insist that Arabic be implemented. Make them feel at home.

The Reds’ slogan ought to be “Socialism AND Death!”, since that is what history clearly shows is the outcome of these experiments.

Hmmmm, so, now, who’s the bigot here?
Who thinks the African American community is totally incapable of producing any males worth wile enough that that not one of them will achieve anything and they will all become criminals and end up in jail? Who thinks he has to promise them this carpetbagger-type offer because they cannot make an evaluation on candidates by using their own minds without being promised salvation by some sleeze-ball? Who insults their intelligence and ability to make decisions based on facts, not “the sky is falling” scare tactics?
Edwards obviously feels they need his protection from the opposition – whether it’s Democrat or Republican opposition! This is true bigotry…and this is TRUE EDWARDS EXPOSED! (And any Dems/liberals who don't speak out against this statement, must also be supporting his thought.) As we all know, most liberals are more bigoted than any would want us to believe. Their real belief - keep them fed, give them welfare money, make promises to take care of them...and this will keep them in a state of perpetual content, with no initiative to get ahead. Then you can control them, because they've become dependent on you. That's the Democrat theory.
Agreed: but just how do you convince a brainwashed population of this ?
