Maybe with any luck we can toss a few New Yorkers out of Florida for not having a valid driver’s license.

Saw a carpetbagger the other day here in Orlando with New York tags and a bumper sticker from a local elementary school.

Probably can't nail Spitler for treason RIGHT NOW----but give the creep a little time---guy's so stupid----never know what the nasty little dictator's done behind closed doors.

Now wait----this hyphenate slut has opened himself to MANY other charges.

=================================================

EXHIBIT ONE Spitler is failing to act as required when receiving complaints of known incidences of illegal wrongdoing, and by failing to follow government-mandated regulatory reviews.

This is a violation of public servant's Penal Law .135.60 COERCION IN THE SECOND DEGREE (a Class A misdemeanor).

PENAL LAW 135.60 (Committed on or after September 1, 1967) is Coercion in the Second Degree. When an individual uses or abuses his/her position as a public servant by performing some act within or related to his or her official duties, or by failing or refusing to perform an official duty, in such manner as to affect some person adversely. Perform any (other) act which would not in itself materially benefit1the actor but which is calculated to harm another person materially with respect to his or her health, safety, business, calling, career, financial condition, reputation or personal relationships. The term(s), ("crime"), ("public servant") used in this definition has its own special meaning in our law.

=====================================

EXHIBIT TWO If elected state officials, under oath of office, are aiding and abetting illegals to break US laws, to use phony documents at municipal agencies and if elected and appointed officials took campaign contributions from said illegals, and in the process, deliberately ignored US laws in exchange for campaign contributions, this could be characterized as extortion, and/or bribery, and a violation of The Hobbs Act.

SOURCE October 1997 Criminal Resource Manual 2403 http://www.usdoj.gov/usao/eousa/foia_reading_room/usam/title9/crm02403.htm

=======================================================

EXHIBIT THREE Elected state officials using proceeds from tax-exempt bonds should be investigated by the IRS and SEC (tax-exempt bond issues are marketed to investors and appear on ballots as referenda).

If Spitler allowed illegal aliens to use fraudulent documents to illegally vote on tax issues, criminal penalties may apply.

If illegal aliens using fraudulent documents voted on tax-issues for American investors, that would jeopardize the investment interests of tax-exempt bondholders. This should be reported to the SEC.

=========================================

EXHIBIT FOUR Many states mandate bonding elected public officials (to protect taxpayers against govt fraud). The terms for bonding are violated when an official breaks the law. Insurers are rigorously regulated. Every state has an (1) Insurance Oversight Agency. Every state has an (2) Insurance Fraud investigative unit in the AG's office that should be contacted.

==================================================

EXHIBIT FIVE Spitler got $62,000 from conman Norman Hsu; Spitler said he will give Hsu's money to "charity. " Did he give it to his father's "foundation?"

BACKUP During the 1998 AG campaign, Dem Spitzer indignantly denied allegations by his GOP opponent, Dennis Vacco (a top-notch pro-life conservative), that Spitzer's wealthy father had provided millions in loans to his AG campaign.

Spitzer insisted he was using only his own money (family members are limited by law to $110,000 in total contributions) and accused Vacco of "smearing" his father. Not until he'd actually taken office did Spitzer admit that Vacco had been correct, after all. In fact, it turned out Spitzer, despite earlier denials, had done the exact same thing during his unsuccessful 1994 run for AG. NOTE WELL: The altruistic Spitzer family runs a "do-good foundation." The IRS has noted that some foundations are prime money laundering vehicles that use phony accounting and fake line items like "LEGAL, CONSULTING AND ADMIN FEES" that are tax evasion schemes. Some foundations also put ghost employees on the payroll to skim off monies. Anything involving Spitzer should be examined under a powerful microscope.

Everyone loved your idea (repeated here):

FREEPER AmericanInTokyo MAKES THIS SUGGESTION to give Gov Suckup a run for his money:

1. Call the NY DMV from your states (outside NY).

2. Tell them you are NOT A RESIDENT of the State Of New York.

3. Tell them for personal reasons you wish to establish a presence there, at least on paper.

4. Ask them if they will let you get a driver's license through their office, even though you are not in the state legally.

5. See what their answer is.

6. Tell them that you occasionally drive without your license, so would it be OK to skirt "just that one law from time to time" and leave the license at home when you visit New York State.......and drive as "undocumented"?

7. Pass this around to media, internet blogs, late night comedy show hosts, friends, family, email lists.

Heard someone from some homeland security thing in the State Senate that there is a law on the books requiring ss# to obtain license.

That's correct, there is a law in NY that requires a SSN to get a license. The problem is the anti-American democratic Assembly probably won't call Spitzer on it so one alternative for the GOP will be to file a lawsuit that forces this nutcase governor to obey the law. I hope they follow through with doing it as they are currently threatening.

Looks like Mike is thinking of running for Governor.

I think that's why he became an Independent.

Spitler

That's good, he's really acting like a thug isn't he? He had the nerve to come Upstate and preach about how it needs more optimism. This freak with his crooked way of governing gives pessimism a whole new meaning.

Well they're saying anyway they plan to:

Tedisco To Spitzer: Turn Back, Or We'll Sue

From Tedisco:

“It should be no surprise that the Governor chooses to ignore state law, subvert the legislature, and dictate policy. Of all people, the self-proclaimed ‘Sheriff of Wall Street’ should know he’s not above the law… In this post 9/11 world, the last thing the Governor and state DMV should be doing is handing out driver’s licenses to potential terrorists. The safety of New Yorkers is not something that should fall prey to politics. Governor Spitzer: Follow the law or we will see you in court.”

I think I will go to NYC and get a totally new identity starting with a drivers license. The I will commit a white collar, seven figure ponzi scheme and then just move back to my original state as myself but a few million dollars richer. Has the governor thought of such things in his madness to secure the Hispanic voting bloc in NYC for Hillary?

Funny, my great grandma got citizenship without ever learning more than three words in English. She didn't have too, as EVERYONE within a 20 block radius spoke Polish.

Back in the old days, we didn't have ICE. All that you really needed for citizenship was to have a friend or relative testify that you were a "moral and responsible person." It was laughingly easy to get citizenship in the US until they past the restriction laws in 1925.
