I also thought Tancredo and Hunter rocked. As for Alan Keyes, bless his heart, I think he really wants to be a preacher more than he wants to be a politician. At least, that was my impression.
Ron Paul came off like a grumpy old man. The amount of supporters he had there was ENORMOUS. To his credit, he was the only candidate I saw who stuck around afterwards to greet his supporters. I was disappointed the other candidates didn’t do the same. (And if they did, I had no idea or indication where they were.)
Alan Keyes is right imho. It may be a good sermon, but the knowledge of his principles is used in the inverse by the left to disassemble the family. No family, more government.
It was a pleasure not to see the 3 amigos there getting all the press and the questions.
