Judge Oliver Wanger's ruling said federal policy required the dairy to get a district permit before starting construction, to install the best available pollution control technology and to buy emission reduction credits to offset excess pollution.

"...volatile organic compounds in decomposing dairy manure, livestock feed, and cows' digestive systems "

Fart tax? How long before someone invents a device that ignites cow farts as they emerge, rendering them harmless? I can envision a prototype model, made with bungee cords, coat hangers, and a Bic lighter....

Sell the cows, sell the farm, and screw this state. I’m just fed up with all the stupid regulations handed down to hardworking people. Try and find a gun store that still does bluing. And then their is Arni and his global warming legislation.

Californian Liberals deserve all the economic scorn that falls on them for their anti-capitalist ways. I hope milk in this state goes up to $10 a gallon. Yep, then we would just have more subsidies for all the ”poooooooor” who can’t afford to buy milk for the children. (BARF)

Given the choice between a dairy or a feedyard, I would readily choose the dairy. We have both in this west Texas county and there are days when the air is so thick the houseflies are gagging. However, it does provide an interesting atmosphere for summertime out-of-door barbeques.

So Kar, you stupid SOB, how will cardboard taste after you run the farmer out of business, and the cardboard boxes full of lawsuits, are the only thing left to devour in your stupidity?

If it wasn’t so Ceres, I’d laugh: Judge Wanker, and a group from Shaft-her, all together in the back seat of a Kar, screwing John Q. Pubic.

What’s next, we sue mother’s for having babies and the expected lifetime pollution emissions? It would be nice to have a Federal judge who actually realizes the constitution only gives limited powers to the feds.
