I saw this show last night and thought the answer would be in the 50-60% range and almost fell off my chair!!
WOW!! I'd like to see who the polling audience is for this! ONLY 11% of Republicans believe it's important to stay and finish the job in Iraq!!??
I wonder if C "BS" had anything to do with this!?

ONLY 11% of RepublicansMake that 10%!

First off, it’s Americans, not Republicans.
Second of all, it’s CBS.

I saw it too and thought the girl would surely lose because she was too low. She lost because she was too high. Amazing.

That “poll” is crap - men are more supportive of not cutting and running than women, same is true for Republicans over Democrats - the results show otherwise.
They must have just polled moveon members and Ron paul supporters,

First off, its Americans, not RepublicansIt seems like a strange way they broke out those categories! Seems like a LOT of stuff is missing.

I watched about 15 minutes of the first show. Between what I saw then and what they use in ads to promote the show, I needn’t watch any more.
Their BiaS virtually jumps off the screen.

I saw it too. It seemed to me that Drew was trying to convince her to go higher with his logic. I don’t think he expected that number either. I mean, think about it, it’s just not logical.

Drew Carrie needs an e-mail.

From what I’ve seen, it seems like Drew Carey leans more towards the Republican side.
To: RogerWilko
Yeah, this show was interesting until that question. Drew Carey couldn’t even believe it. The other answers have been amazingly conservative.

“That poll is crap”
Understatement of the century. I’m not even going to try to speculate their motive.

Carey is/was a libertarian, what Republicans used to at least pay lip service to.
