They really need to change the laws to make an attack by more than one person equivalent to assault with a deadly weapon, whether the attackers are armed or not. When there is more than one attacker, each can use the other as a “weapon” in the sense that one can distract or restrain the victim while the other attacks. This makes the assault much more dangerous.

In one case the black captain of the basketball team came into the locker room saw two of the white (I’m white as well) wrestlers about to kick the $hit out of me. He informed them that if they laid a finger on me he would gather his friends and do to them what they were going to do to me, twice over.

Attacks on white people from blacks have been occurring for years. This is nothing new, except that this time it was caught on tape. It is hatred, anger, and prejudice, when a group of cowards attack and hurt another person, just because of their skin pigmentation. This group of black teens is just as guilty of hatred, as a group of white supremacist skin head klu-kluxers attacking a black person. There should be outrage in either case. These juvenile delinquents in Norfolk and Jena should be prosecuted and punished. If the black community really wants to be part of a civilized society these should advocate punishing violence, regardless of the color of the skin of the perpetrators.
