Remember the commando raid on our soldiers where they were abducted and executed by commandos wearing US uniforms? - that was Iran. All of the arms, included the armor piercing shaped charges, EFP which are deadlier than the run of the mill IEDs, yeah they’re sent by Iranians to kill our soldiers, the 50 top of the line Austrian sniper rifles being smuggled in that we were fortunate enough to catch - Iran, the safe haven and training Iran supplies to the Mahdi Army, etc., etc., etc. Iran is killing our boys and girls and this guy is allowed a New York publicity tour and invited to an American College so “open minded” types can hear “his side of the story?”
This is shameful BullS**t
If I were the NYPD and FDNY I would surround the site and claim there is a gas leak and no one is to come within 1,000 feet of the site.
“Its comforting to know there are people who protest this man and what he stands for.”
You can bet the protestors will include many Iranian Americans who can’t stand to see what had happen to their country since the fall of the Shaw.
Which means that
,if we actually allow him to come near the WTC footprint,
Then we are betraying our Armed Forces that fighting for Liberty & Peace even more than CodePink, Cindy Sheehan, Madea Benjamin, Rep. Kucinich, Sen. Kennedy, etc.
According to the UN rules, visas allow visiting Diplomats to travel within a 25 mile radius of the UN property.
However, US law enforcement agencies do not have to provide security for them.
They should drive him to a demolition site in the South Bronx, tell him it’s the Twin Towers then leave him there.
Nothing could be of less interest to the faculty and administration of Columbia University (unless they could use them to hurt the Republican Party). Most of the students there would probably burn the flags on their caskets.
This holds true for most American universities I fear.
[Then he should be trailed by goombas and beggers every step of the way.]
They should arrange an “unfortunate” security lapse “MISHAP”, ala Janet Jackson.
Re: Ahmadinejad Ground Zero Visit Still On?
AFP confirms:
Ahmadinejad appeared surprised by the storm over the wreath-laying, telling CBS television: “Why should it be insulting?” He said he would not insist on visiting the site if city officials could not arrange it.
But foreign ministry spokesman Mohammad Ali Hosseini insisted a visit to Ground Zero was still on the itinerary.
“The visit to the site of the twin towers to pay tribute to the victims is part of president Ahmadinejad’s program even if some people are trying to have it cancelled,” he said.

"Could [9/11] be planned and executed without coordination with intelligence and security services - or their extensive infiltration? Of course this is just an educated guess. Why have the various aspects of the attacks been kept secret? Why are we not told who botched their responsibilities? And, why aren't those responsible and the guilty parties identified and put on trial?"
Update: 11:45am Eastern blogging from CU
Update 11:46am Eastern. Allah passes word via PJM that Ground Zero was cleared of anti-Mahmoud protesters this morning.
Meantime, were stationed at Columbia at the front gates on 116th and Broadway. I just interviewed CU undergrad Jacob Kriegel, president of the student Jewish organization LionPAC. Theres a sizable crowd gathering. Many Persian students raising their voices in opposition to Ahmadinejads presence. Well have video.
Here are a few pics of the scene on Broadway, which is lined with media:
>>>>>I heard on the radio on the way in this morning that he plans to go to the World Trade Center site anyway. How is that weasel not confined to quarters?
There are enough folks here a GZ and that wont happen. I may need bailed out but its the price of freedom.
See post 38. What bother’s me is did they clear the protestor’s to make room for the evil one?
